I think especially in College (at least in Europe, but i think anywhere really) people are really open to Strangers, and talking and forming new friendships or Relationships. So you are in a good Position.

I would say Just try to hold small conversations with anyone really. Small Talk with the cashier for 2 sentences or someone in the Bus.
Just do THE THING and Go Up to Girls and Talk with them in the street. You can ask for directions or smth and then say smth like "I am joking, I know this City, I Just wanted to say hi cause you are cute" If you want to. If you feel to anxious you can just keep prerending you Just wanted directions. Helped me a lot in the beginning

Just be confident or have a wingman

The first time i really had a convo with a girl was at a bonfire party. My friend introduced her to me after she said she wanted to talk to me (good thing because i have too much anxiety to walk up to girls myself). Meeting her i noticed she was the best looking girl there and way out of my league compared to other people there. But after talking and sealing the deal with getting her number, it made me way more confident in talking to girls and people in general. I was pretty drunk also so that helped with my anxiety so maybe since you said you're around parties and clubs, just get a few drinks in and see where the night takes you

You're in the same situation as I am. I'm also 20 year old male studying in college and never had any relationship before.

My plan is to try out Tinder soon, let's see what happens. My problem is that I'm so damn introverted, also above average intelligence. I'm studying mechanical engineering and my average grade is literally 4.8 without even trying so hard.
