I’d say just having a nice haircut done professionally by a barber will make you stand out than most. A lot of men don’t follow any basic grooming at all, so having a clean haircut that fits you and rocking it with confidence would work.
Luckily I’ve been blessed with a gorgeous head of thick THICK hair, but if I don’t do maintenance on it and have it cut by a barber I look like a wild man. So I keep it clean and cut it every 1.5 months or so. I’ve had multiple girls tell me that when they first saw me on the date they immediately noticed how well groomed I was and how nice my haircut is.
Find a style you like OP and pursue it, but always consult your barber and listen to him/her. They always, and I mean ALWAYS know what’s best for you head shape and hair type. They are professionals for a reason.

Yes, a good haircut increases your attractiveness and confidence. But keep one thing in mind: The important things is that it fits to your face and your personality. Don't ask which haircut is preferred by women, because popular haircuts will completely ruin your looks if it does not fit your type.
What matters most is your face shape. E.g. if you have a face that is on the longer or rounder side, you don't want your haircut to exaggerate these features even more. Instead of that you want your haircut to counterbalance your face to increase harmony.

Geez didn’t know there was so much to a haircut! That’s crazy how do you know which kind of haircut to get to fit your face and stuff

You can have a haircut at an expensive place to get good advice for optimising your style. As soon as you know what looks best on you, you can try to find a cheaper place, that will get you that haircut too. Finding and changing your style can be difficult, maintaining it is easier.

It's a double edged sword. If you're already really attractive, it will probably boost you even more because it helps you stand out and get noticed. It can also help you fit a certain niche you want to hit. If you have longer hair for example, there's some women who are really into it, but most won't prefer it.
That being said, no matter what haircut you get, it absolutely makes a difference how well it is cut. Finding a really good barber does absolute wonders.
