Call or message her, chat generically for a bit, mention seeing her and ask her when she is usually free.

Don’t mention bowling because you’ll look robotic, when she tells you when she’s usually free then mention bowling. If she says she doesn’t know when she’s free, take a step back and say “cool, when you know, let me know and I’ll see you around”

N move on, n be cool when you see her

Oh and the reason I say not to mention bowling is because she should want to hang out with you! Not have a bowling buddy, you should be ready to drop the bowling idea for a back up, in case she only agreed to bowling because you said it. A desert place is usually a good spot

Well just set the date and tell her... it's a great idea to go for a bowling on first date...later you can go on walk or cafe... Escalations you do however you seem appropriate as per situation. Just give her space when she asks, wants or needs it .
