Try with another professional. Stop thinking that it isn't fair and things like that, and work on you. There are ways a man can look better, start training to be more fit if you don't, dress better, etc. I don't think it's true that all the girls think that, but if it's the case just don't say it or lie

Are you anxious depressed bitter and resentful because you’re a virgin or are you a virgin because you are anxious depressed bitter and resentful?. Because you can fix the latter by working on yourself to not be those things and « magically » women appear and want to be a part of that. the former has the makings of a serial killer. The funny thing about women is they Aren’t that hard to figure out- they don’t want to be judged for their kinks. they don’t want to win-the want a winner (Patrice O’Neil) . You have every right to be bitter and resentful then, why do you owe anything else to the world when it has treated you like garbage? You don't owe politeness to girls.

I’m bitter because I’ve seen attractive guys who are in the same position in life as me do extremely well. They are able to easily get these experiences and relationships just because they attractive. It just doesn’t seem right to me. I’m just bitter that I can’t be treated the same way by girls just because I’m conventionally unattractive

That's just something you'll have to accept, good looking guys have girls swooning over them, even if they're convicts like Jeremy Meeks. While the average or below average guy will always be ignored.

We're just not exciting for girls and never will be, the sooner you accept that the better off you will be.

I’m resentful because growing up I was bullied for my looks. I’ve been assaulted, harassed, insulted, and humiliated for the way I look. The very same guys who would bully me growing up had no issues getting into relationships because they were attractive and popular. Even now when I looked up some of these guys. They ended up going to better universities, having relationships, and some have even gotten married. While I’m still unwanted.

This is how real life works, the guys that do the screwing over end up as the winners in life. Did you ever see any of the big bankers end up in prison after the 2008 crash? No, they got away with it and continue to screw people over.

It's the same with dating, non attractive guys get screwed over and we will always be looked down upon.

I think it's a waste of money going to therapy just to delude yourself into some world perception that isn't true.

You already seem to know many people look down upon you, how is therapy going to magically make people like you?

Some were luckier growing up and had some successes with women that reaffirmed their belief that they can get women. That's why they are confident with women. They had experiences. Do you really think they new how to do everything correctly at the begging? They sure didn't. None of us did.

Now, that doesn't have anything to do with you. You have resentment and unprocessed emotions you need to deal with, get in a gym, get your grooming and style on point. Even if you are a virgin that doesn't automatically disqualify you from having romantic relationships or being good with women.

For instance, check out dating youtube channel Honest Signalz - their instructor Vadim is not conventionally attractive by any means but still he has a great personality and an understanding of women and is one of the best dating coaches in the world (check his infield/practical/irl videos and see how skilled he is at sparkling fun and excitement in interactions with women; definitely not because of his looks).

I can tell you a lot of things but you have to deal with these emotions by yourself with the help of a therapist because you need guidance. You also have to approach people in order to get to know them and to make friends. The same thing with girls.

You have a lot of suppressed emotions and women can sense that in everything you do or say so you have deal with them first.
