Going from a match on OLD to another more casual social media platform is a step backwards instead of upwards. (= boring, no tension) The conversation should move towards getting her number and setting up a date. Upgrade and escalation instead of downgrade and deescalation.

remind yourself of the following things:
there are countless women out there, you don't depend on one specific one linking you
you have dignity and ideals, if they are not met, you can just walk away
you can be happy without women. There are so many other things in life, that can give you happiness
