You should always take more initiative, but given it was not actually your bedroom then you have to stand down. If she were at your place then she shouldn't be in your bedroom if that was her attitude.

Well if she was at my place, I'd have made clearly the invitation and if she decided to come obviosuly the things would have run way different. But the stuff is that she kept giving me mixed signals so at a moment Idk if she was teasing me or wanting me plus she was tipsy and above all she is my coworker and I get to see her everyday. If I was about to try and kiss her and she rejected me, I'd feel so uncomfortable seeing with her everyday.

Here is the thing though. I got many mixed signals that night. At a point we were talking about sex positions and she mentioned doggy and that she is sooo good at it apparently because that she been told from other guys. And then like 10 mins later, she closed the window from the bed, which basicly lead her body in a doggy positions. Aswell while we were cuddling she took my hands and placed on her boobs and over her vagina. But she still wasnt into sex that night. At least when I let her know that I wont stay to sleep because " the only time i sleep with women is after sex " and then she replying " for everything its the first time, so tonight we will only sleep " was the red flag for sex I believe.

You should have never said that. Huge turn off. Don't make her "one of your girls", but make her and the moment unique.

And I thought of kissing her that night too, but was afraid of the mixed signals and thought that if she says NO to the kiss, getting to see her everyday in office would have been a very uncomfrotable situation.

My phone was literally bugging while writting the original post so I left a lot of small details unwritten, thing is when she did that is when i played my game that I dont want to stay only for sleep and she just replied that she only wants to cuddle, so I just couldnt do anything after that. And neither could have I just pull out my D and bang her without " touching the water ".
Asking her out is not an option though, I've basicly never had any interes for a romance on her and neither do now, and she were doing some moves in the office such as caming to my desk and sitting on my legs, which I dont really enjoy in the office. I kept being asked by work colleges if we were sleeping together, so I asked her to keep a bit of distance with me on the office and I think that she didnt liked that, so we are avoiding each other lately.
