Hey, great question!
I believe you will only change when you had enough. If you still haven't suffered enough, you will continue to go thorugh the same things.
May I suggest therapy, a good therapist, or maybe participate in a group of strong confident people and surround yourself with people who are being productive, taking care of their health.
I also reccomend working with sales, it teaches you to just approach people. Also go to the gym and workout, become strong, learn to deal with stress.
On another note, they say alcohol or ibuprufen helps diminish the pain of social anxiety, but that's the drug route and I don't really reccomend it.
If you would like to learn more, send me a message! It is an honor and a privilege to be of service.
Stay grateful, Romantic_Adventurer.

Thank you for the comment.
My friends are confident around girls and have sex quite often, they are ONS type of guys and not the relationship kind. I've known these guys for the past 10 years and around 50% of them have confident from an early age.
I've attended Therapy in the past, although this was due to depression, I'm doing much better now, 6 months ago I was a wreck.
I don't drink, I am only human and therefore mess up every once in a while, although overall it's under control.
I've not taken party drugs since I was 18, I DO NOT LIKE THEM
I tried working in KFC when I was 17, I only lasted 1 month because I couldn't handle the anxiety of talking to customers, my jobs for the past 7 years have not involved interacting with customers.
I don't go to the gym due to anxiety, although I workout at home, I eat right and look after my physical and mental health, hence why I often get casual looks from girls when living my daily life.
I recently lost my Virginity, with a girl who I didn't have anxiety with, I was extremely confident, therefore our date resulted in sex. Being a virgin was a big insecurity of mine, it's nice to no longer worry about it.

It seems like you are doing good! Be wary of your thoughts, you are doing and excellent job and it would be a shame for you to not focus on these wonderful aspects in your life.
i am here to remind you that it is okay, you are doing great and I believe that the tendancy is to only get better.
Keep doing what you are doing, keep making your body strong and getting smarter, making more money, etc, it will be worth the wait.
i have gone through so many crazy good and bad adventures in my life, they were all worth it, you gotta learn to surf the tides.

Drugs, medicine or therapy or a combo of therapy and medicine.

Bro I had the same experience this past weekend. I was with a friend who is quite good with girls and so I became nervous approaching girls when I knew that he was watching me. Just go and approach a lot of women in malls and shops and basically daygame. Then when you become comfortable go with your friends at pubs. Happy hunting π
