I wouldn't spend too much time reading about it since you'll learn infinitely more from doing rather than reading

That said, a book that's not really about game that I found to be very helpful in just getting my head straight was No More Mr. Nice Guy.

Everyone is different in this space, but I'll list the best resources available from everything I've come across:

The game by neil strauss. Yes, its a book on old school game and many don't like the structured routine based game they were using. It's still a great book about a guy who went from knowing nothing to one of the best pickup artists in the world. Neil is a great writer too, so thats partly why its a good book. Should be fundamental 101 reading for everyone. Even if you don't like the structure, read it to see whats its all about. For most people, its motivating.
Mystery Method. Basically, the same as #1. Its old and many people are down on it. But, all the foundational elements are there. Read it just to say you did and know what its about. Even if guys don't like MM, they should still find out for themselves what its all about.
RSD hotseat at home, video product. So, rsd doesn't sell this anymore, but its floating around online if you look hard enough. When people moved on from old school game, this is essentially what they evolved into. Most modern coaches teach a version of what Owen covered in this program. If you only get your hands on this product, you may not ever need anything else. Its one of the best products on game ever.
RSD Pimp. This is julians product. Same thing, you have to look for it. But, its out there. If you get this and hotsteat at home, you won't ever need anything else to learn from. You will have everything you ever will need, outside of learning from approaching in person.
Tom Torrero podcasts. You may only find random ones now, but toms podcasts were great for london style daygame. Its good to be exposed to it, even if you don't subscribe to what tom was teaching. His podcasts were the best ones ever made for game.

There are other books and courses, but those are the main sources.

Book name, Models: Attract Women Through Honesty by Mark Manson.

It's not the typical cliché book with cheesy pick-up lines. It's more about the mental aspect of dating and how to approach people without coming off as desperate. More about what the reader should have as a mind-set while dating. Like the title says, honesty is a main focus of the book, rather than flashy eccentric behavior. It's a solid and a healthy book to read within its category.

The Alabaster Girl by Zan Perrion, it’s not a pickup book but i do recommend it (it is related to Women and seduction).
