I already know you're gonna be creepy approaching her by asking the question. You should have just pulled up the first time you saw her and thought of approaching. Worst she could have said was "I'm okay" and you move along. Yet you've spent likely more time than needed thinking about this chick when you could have focused on many more. The issue is that you're not confident enough in the man you are to not give a fuck about how she interprets it.

Ask her to wait a minute while you go park your car, tell her you’d like to ask her something. Then you go and park and do your routine; “Hi I kept seeing you around and just felt like introducing myself bla bla” Showing her you’ll park your car just so you can talk to her is a sign of respect and she’ll appreciate you for it.
