If your goal is a serious romantic relationship and you are in a such a relationship, you can improve the skills necessary for that goal. The sort of skills you’re talking about are relatively not important for that goal or might even hamper your ability to pursue it.

My question is how do you maintain your frame and skills, be it in person or via text whilst maintaining a relationship?

Let's face it, practicing with your lover isn't exactly ideal as they will not take you too seriously and they know they have you.

I haven't really experienced this in my own relationship. I'm currently in a relationship and we've been together almost 3 years and I still "maintain the frame".

What does that mean btw? Still be respected? Still have her valuing you and holding you in high regard? Still be taken seriously and be dominant in the relationship?

If that's what it means I still have all that.

If you're actually the kind of guy that lots of women want and you actually understand female psychology and are actually good at communicating with your girlfriend, she won't take you for granted, she will still be as excited to be with you as when you first started.

I can still tease and push-pull my girlfriend and get the same reactions.

Also, are there not that many pretty girls in your life? Like, not girls you're sleeping with, just girls in your circle.

Do you still feel like you need to switch your game off and on? Because maybe you just being you around your girlfriend doesn't give her the impression that you could get a new girl at a moment's notice.

Did you struggle to make her your girlfriend in the first place? Because that could also be one of the reasons why she doesn't take you that seriously anymore.

And it could also be that she feels she is in control sexually. Like maybe she pleases you better than you please her and its harder for you to say no to sex or she can leverage sex to get you to do things for her.

For this you can socialize man. Keep meeting new people by doing social things around your interests and develop interests around things that naturally attract lots of women like dance, some fitness stuff, some outdoorsy stuff, etc.

If you wanna maintain your cold approach skills then cold approach. Just don't put it in a box and think that you always need to be sexually or romantically forward. You can just meet women in a friendly way and still turn that sexual if you really know what you're doing.

The fact that you're asking this question means you may not have that ability yet so this is a good opportunity for you to develop that without having anything to lose.

You can learn how to actually seduce and make women want you because you can meet them in a way that doesn't really indicate you're into them, be flirty with them and push all their buttons so they get into you and then leave without even exchanging contacts which will make them want to be the ones trying to stay in touch with you.
