Do you have other(better) options? Is she so ugly you're ashamed to walk with her in public? Do you think a girls that ticks 100% of your boxes even exists or is just an idealism?
I'm thinking it's not fair on her since she's carried herself with integrity.
What do you mean?

She's not ugly. She's like 7, but I'm not attracted to her. I'm happy to be single.
She carried herself with respect. Showed a lot of attention, asked though-provoking questions. Basically, a girl with her head switched on.

THE END.
Definitely keep her as a friend!

Dude, we don't know this chick. I'm gonna be honest and gross here, do you find sex with this woman enjoyable? Do you feel like if you get serious with her, are you settling? Is that okay with you to do?
Is she enough to where, on the night of your nuptials, you don't gotta turn your head and think of Bonnie Rotten on a sybian?
Is she enough to say "well I know she's not much to look at..."?
Let's flip it upside down.
"Is it enough for me to leave this woman when she's been nothing but kind to me? When does so much for me? When she treats me the way she does? When she trusts me like she does? All because of looks?"
No one can give you the answer, on ancedotals.
Anecdotally, I'd leave. Cold, yes. But so many divorces in my family began from people "settling."

I think you know the answer yourself instead of asking a bunch of random strangers on reddit.
That being said nothing wrong with playing the field (unless of course you want to be honest with your lady friend then yea go ahead and tell her at this point in time your casually dating)
This gives you a broader view. (You may either realise that you discovered a gem in said lady friend or you found someone with the same qualities only your attracted to her)
It’s a win win for you.

Most girls I talk to would not mind sharing their phone like that, I don't think that is very uncommon. Maybe you don't attract that kind of girl?
