You could have tried replying to her stories first. Not with anything creepy but something relevant and tried to strike up a convo this way first. She needs to know you first before she would be interested in going out with you.

If you want to get girls excited to go out with you, first you have to be talking and flirting for a while through texts.
Not straight up asking them out. You need to build up to it, not go from zero to 100 that quick.
Her excitement level is zero and seeing your invitation without connecting first is usually always gonna be ignored.
