The brain always comes up with ‘what if’ situations, it’s perfectly valid to feel regret after not approaching someone. Hindsight is 20/20 you know :)
Use this as incentive for the next time you see an attractive girl. Think about how you felt after not talking to her and use that as motivation to swallow your anxiety and just say hi.
