The point is to easily get in touch with people and potentially get something fun or more serious out of it. Don't know what's the point of what you tried though, there are plenty of people on there.. Just because you found them unnatractive doesn't mean other think the same and just because you used model pictures doesn't mean women won't think you're sketchy (potentially fake)

They are active, but they probably get a lot of matches and Tinder has a algorithm which decides how fast they see you. Attractiveness is all relative and if your standards are that high while you don't stand out the same way, maybe you're right Tinder is a waste of time for you and you are better off meeting people in person

i dont have high standards but i wouldnt want to date someone unattractive. if u cant get very many attractive matches as a male model tinder is a waste of time.
