I’m sorry that you have to deal with this challenge. Unfortunately some things are just harder for some people than others - and it’s no one’s fault. You will have to put in more effort than average to compensate for your circumstances.

But don’t give up! You have other great positive attributes. I’m confident that you’ll meet someone who doesn’t take issue with it. And, I think you’ll develop a lot of strength by working through and coping with this. Keep working out, keep pushing forward. Don’t give up.

It’s tough, but not something that should hold you back. Definitely not worth giving up for.

Plenty of guys with similar issues, such as polio, that find attractive wives. You just may need to be tolerant and adapt the right mindsets. If it’s not a problem in your mind, then it may not be in hers either. It’s a handicap, but nothing more.

Also, keep in mind there are lots of ways to meet women. Apps, social circle, etc… try to find what will work best for you.

Honest truth is that it definitely reduces your number of options if it’s visible. What you are saying implies that it is, so not talking about it doesn’t make sense, as it will be the elephant in the room. I don’t think you’re doomed, just need to acknowledge that it’s going to be more difficult for you. Don’t let the desperation take over - THEN you’re done.
