They Really don't look at age. They just feel attracted to whoever is going to deflect their Feminity with his masculinity. It's all about how you make her feel. Just assume your the man and she is a girl and she will succumb to that.

You basically you 2 options. The older girl usually wanna a younger fuckbuddy or a younger version of a successful guy. So you have to be attractive in general but if you have it you can be her fuckbuddy who makes her take things less seriously just to have fun or you can be already serious, mature, successful maybe wealthy at a younger age and it can be successful especially for older girl you just have to decide which one is being closer to you
