Despite being hurt by all this she still planned out a super romantic date for us the weekend I got back, but I was flakey about it (tired after trip) at some point she got pushed too far and blocked me on everything.
Damn dude no wonder lol. Sounds like she grew a spine. You should have tried to apologize in person or at least over the phone. Text is way too impersonal, and it seems like her problem with you was related to feeling neglected and taken for granted. Apologizing through text just reinforces that feeling. Its another example of you not really being "there" when it counts. Its probably too late.
Are you scared you will never find another girl like her in your life? Because you won't if you keep focusing on this lost cause. Let her go and find someone better.
