If you go there thinking you are gonna be treated badly or harshly you will act in such a way that you will make that outcome you fear more likely.
If you act like you are super confident of yourself and like you know you are gonna be liked, then you will act in a more confident way that will make it more likely that you are accepted by the group..
Women are paying attention at your vibe and your body language they are examining you, to see if you act nervous or confident. You want to act like you are welcomed, not act like you expect rejection.

Well that’s why women like confident guys. The girls tend to stick next to her female friends, so they can weed out the insecure ones from the confident ones.
It’s very effective because the insecure ones are like: “oh my god, they will bite me and laugh at me” so they don’t approach her.
While the confident guys are like: “Hello, i know you are with your friends, but I just like your smile and i thought i want to meet you, i’m John”
You have to man up and be confident or else the other confident guys will easily take her while you will miss out opportunities.

You get too caught up in the example and not in the point i’m trying to make. The example is just an example not a script you should tell every girls from now on. You can say any other thing it doesn’t matter what.
The point is if you expect a bad reaction from them you are doing it wrong, you should expect to be welcomed by the girl and stop acting like you are doing something wrong or risky.

Greet them all by using a general statement. "You all look like insert here. Then you can ask them all a few questions and the ones which are more receptive you can focus your attention on them and speak to them while still sharing your attention with the rest of the group.
Sooner or later you will find the 1 or 2 girls you really get along with. But you also have to engage the rest or they will get pissed off you're ignoring them.
yeah i think this is good but i think the problem is more about how to feel confident enough! its intimidating haha

my answer to myself would be: looks matter, but not as much as i think. if u look okay/good, then ur fine approaching anyone. if they aren't interested then thats okay, it doesnt mean u look bad. and also people dont need to judge eachother solely on looks. i mean personality, clothing, behavior, conversational skills, humor, etc. are more important i think! i think this problem occurs when someone is sensitive about their looks, perhaps from their past, or just has low self esteem and is insecure about it.
