"Commitment issues" is another way of saying she's not looking to jump into a relationship, so don't expect a relationship anytime soon. Could it happen? Maybe. If you can't deal with the fact she doesn't want to be a one man woman right now, move on.

This why you give context. What does "practically living with you" mean? How long has she been "practically" doing this? She could be sharing a legitimate fear/issue.
That said, this is why I sometimes chide people about posting what are essentially relationship issues in a seduction sub.

She has a lot of male friends, so if she’s telling you she has commitment issues she’s basically saying she’s promiscuous. So yes, I’d be money on her seeing other dudes casually.
This is good for you because you dodged a bullet. What if she brought this up when you guys were dating? Now it’s a whole different deal. So I’d just wrap my willy and let things play out, be chill about it.
