Now its your turn to do the opposite. Focus on beating that shame and make yourself into who you want. Don’t wait till you are 50.
You can get there by age 30! That sounds harsh but it takes a lot of work to totally change yourself. You will start feeling way better in a few months and peel off layers and see more… so worth it…I started at 46. I am almost 50 and I made it!

Stop shitting on yourself. Start looking for positives. I know depression is a condition, but what do you want us to say? 1. Eat healthy 2. Exercise 3. Hold a job for long 4. Find fun hobbies 5. Go out with friends <-- those are the practical solutions to your problems. Age is just a number for men, 27 37 47? Who cares!

Dont beat yourself up im 22 got my career slightly in order bouncing around jobs but girls not so good with that, keep chasing money and your dreams come first they come later
