If she don’t agree on going out with you she is not interested, look at her actions.

Yeah but it's strange cause she followed me on IG and everything and we started texting only the day before, maybe she thought it was way too early to see each other, idk really

I don't get if she is interested or not, what do you say?
Interest is not static, especially with women. She was interested initially, because otherwise she wouldn't matched with you on bumble. Probably her interest went down later on for some reason. But it can go up again, dependent on your behaviour and what's else going on in her live.
I asked her if she wanted to hang out with my friend and I
Very strange move. Why should your friend be involved at all?
Seeing you in real life could up her interest.

This girl lives 40 km from me, my friend and I were going to a concert close to where this girl lives and so I asked her if she would join us ( i rarely move this far for a night out), ofc it would be weird if it was me, her and my friend so i told her to bring a friend with her (my mate is also single, maybe he could have also got lucky).

In a way it makes sense, but imho it is still odd. If some kind of relationship would arise, you two also had to find a way to see each other one on one.
Yeah ofc but her being pretty far it's not easy for me and I took the chance since I was already going there wether she was coming or not.
