Just escalate slowly but steadily. Start by standing close to her and see if she backs up or leans in. Talk into her ear if it's loud. If she's chill then reach out and have her hold your hand, and lead her somewhere else you can talk more. Talk about anything, music, the people you met, anything that isn't serious or boring.
Then if she's giggling and happy, take her to a more secluded part of the party so she isn't embarrassed, look at her lips and eyes, be quiet, and lean in. She'll know what's up. If she rejects you play it off
