I d suggest Sacramento in California. Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Nashville, Miami, Chicago. In the south the best ratio of females to males are Miami and Nashville meaning more women than men. Midwest and South generally has friendlier people. I like numbers statistics etc so my recommendations are based on ratios and stereotypes of being friendlier lol.

I don't think Atlanta's ratios for 20 somethings are as good as you might think. And the scene is all tight nit fraternity types, with no room for outsiders.

I m just going by statistics meaning 18 through 80 lol all adults. Of course you being local have better insight which might help the OP.

While I see you are in San Fransisco I would assume it would help to visit local night life. I think generally you are right about women being more guarded in bigger larger cities especially if they have worries of weird guys approaching them. I would say to this that there is a time and there is a place. Usually if you are looking and see someone I would just be aware of the circumstance and the vibe. But If I were you I would just look around university night life.

I feel like I’m always on the wrong foot before it even starts.
This could also mean, they way you stop people, how you initiate conversations and your calibration while doing it is off.

Says on Instagram he’s in Austin. And his videos look more like they’re in LA.

He definitely used to live in SF. He’s a former software engineer. If you look at some old videos I bet you’ll find some SF ones.

Ran into a video of his today. It was for his experience in SF.
Basically his list is exactly what I said. He said it’s a shit town and that if you manage here - you’ll be a god elsewhere. And it’s one of the reasons he left. He hasn’t lived there in years and times change. (SF is a place that is quickly changing as compared to Cincinnati or what not)
I’d say it’s worse than it was before. So, he probably has no interest in ever visiting this area again.
