You don’t need professional help. It takes different amounts of time for different people. That being said, you could probably speed the process up by talking to a new girl.
Also, don’t say “never again.” It’s perfectly fine to get and act on feelings for other people, coworkers included. You know how many people meet their spouses at work? This one rejected you. It won’t be the first time. It’ll happen again and it’ll hurt again, but that’s okay. Because sometimes it’ll hit and that’s what makes it worth it.

“Beautiful ass” sounds like you care too much and you’re getting jealous. Shes not even yours, get over it. If you care so much make a move. Rejection is a feeling and its suppose to make you stronger. Observe how it feels, embrace it, move on and reaffirm your value. The best way not to get hurt is to have a few eggs in multiple baskets. As in be chasing more than one girl. If one ends up rejecting you youll simply focus on someone else. Eventually youll find someone you really click with and can really start to invest in.
