you’ve asked her out and she hasn’t responded. You do NOT assume the date is on. You need a response from her. She could be busy and hasn’t had a chance to respond. But my guess is she’s not interested. I’ll bet if you were some multimillionaire A list movie star her ass would have picked up the phone and typed out a quick response of “yes sounds awesome! See you there!” That took all of 5 seconds.
She’s rude and a flake. She’s not interested but rather than answering she’s not. You should not , do not reach out to her at all again, ever. You put it out there, it’s up to her to answer. She could be testing you to see how needy desperate you are to see if you will reach out again. Do not ever text this girl again. Make other plans for the weekend and if she ever happens to answer you, you can decide if she’s even worth asking out again. Otherwise keep looking for new date prospects and don’t reach out again to this flake.

Send one, just one, text asking if you are still on. The answer will probably be no. If she does not answer, or she says no, delete her number.

Pull up anyway like 15 min early and chat up the first person you see. If she shows up, great! If not, keep chatting people up. Maybe another cute girl walks in, sees you talking to people (social proof), then you can cold approach her. You already have that time reserved for going out so might as well try to make the best of it.

Give her time to respond. If she doesn't, don't bother. Agreed it only takes a few seconds to at least let you know she will be there.

But maybe it was too much too soon. There seemed to be little flirting involved, no convo just a place and time. That's too cold and like making a doctor's appointment. You gotta warm women up a little.
