Tbh i’m dull as a rock so it takes me “i’m not interested in you” told to me straight forward to get ot because my brain will misread everything and tbh, listen to your brain and gut.
I convinced myself this queen was into me. Then she 180’s on me and says she feels like she’s leading me on for one reason or another. Which may have been partially true but she should have said flat out she wasn’t into me. Now? I’m not into her anymore. If all she wants is finished product ripped adonis me that i am trying to work towards, it’s incredibly facetious of her. No i’m not hurt. Much.

I do, but only of she is okay with it, because the girl i was talking with was into it but i think she used it to see if we had any sparks between us. I thought yes, but apparently it was no

You're overthinking. She wants to spend time, she brings up practical ways to do it. No problem.
Only thing you probably did bad: Most likely you were so focused on her you forgot to have fun.
General rules about friends:
If she wants to hang with you and friends right off the bat for no real reason....it's not good.
If she wants to introduce you to friends after a little time, it's good.
In your case it's all just practical stuff and it's at least not negative.

Don't be unsure, do you want to kiss her? Then go for it. Your frame should be such that you're surprised if she doesn't want to.
If a girl is really into you, and can tell you obviously keep thinking about it, she'll tell you. In my younger years there were plenty of times I'd hear something like " if you want to kiss me then kiss me". That's not what you want to create though.
Worst case is she rejects it....then you know where you stand.
