You can talk about anything that you would normally talk about with your family or friends. So i don’t see why you would need help finding what to talk about with a girl and not with your friends or family.

just ask her out, but have the date with the mindset that the outcome does not matter. or do you require suggestions for the proper invitation wording due to the possibility of not being taken seriously "because you are always joking around"? fear not, either she gets it from the get go, or she initially expects a unobliged hanging out, which you can still try to turn your way mid-way. either way, you either get a "date" date or some bonding, neither of which is a bad thing imho.
