I personally think porn us bad for our brains. I think it's better to learn to integrate your sexual urges and energy into other things.

Nah, not for me.
When I watched porn back years ago each orgasm was amazing 3-4 times a day, I’d be completely satisfied.
Now I get a miniscule craving to masturbate every couple days. Even though I quit porn FOOOOREVER ago. Like years ago.
I don’t have the great orgasms I desire without real sex. In the past couple years I watched porn maybe a handful of times, great orgasms again.

I think the Educational type can be.
There’s a huge difference between modern dramatic porn and documentive and educational tips and guides about sex.
You should check out the Lovers Guide to Sex series and any of Nina Hartley’s sex guides, I found them all very helpful learning about different foreplay, techniques and positions.
And there’s also a 4 hour channel 4 show called A Girls Guide to 21st Century Sex that’s well worth checking out.
Most of them are ironically on porn sites but if it were up to me they would be all over schools and colleges once a student gets in to mid teens.
