Do whatever you need to do to improve your self esteem and confidence. Seduction requires this as a prerequisite. Do the therapy or literally whatever you think will help. You need to do this for yourself, for your life. Getting partners will feel exactly like you do now unless you do the work to heal or modify these issues and improve your mindset.

Pursue romance by meeting women through your hobbies and work, so you’re guaranteed to have some shared values and also you benefit by doing your hobby and work and by possibly meeting friends as well. Also, the most important part for romance is your chosen values and virtues, not your unchosen physical appearance. You gain self-esteem or self-confidence from knowing you’re worthy of love because of those, which also required first hand experience in romance. You only need to be sufficiently physically attractive for serious romance, which it sounds like you’ve nailed.
