Move on and keep your options open. Not trying to sound judgmental at all, but from a girl’s perspective- bringing home a stranger from the pool hall to sleep at your apartment while actively talking to another man/pursuing a relationship with another man, isn’t necessarily common. I would consider this a red flag.

I would just say: “I enjoyed the other night, and I respect morals. We shouldn’t talk as long as you’re pursuing that relationship, it would just make me feel weird. Feel free to hit me up if things don’t work out there.”
This way you’re leaving the door open, but you’re removing your attention & her ability to know what is going on in your life. This will make her miss you, and foster fear of missing out because she doesn’t know what you’re up to.
Stand firm on not talking while she’s with the other guy.

Yeah, that I don’t get. I’ve got a girl I’m genuinely interested in right now. I’ve let my likes pile up to almost 70.
My bartender was trying to hook me up with her friend and I had to say I think she cute & cool, but I’ve kinda got something going on and don’t want to be “that guy”. I told her if it falls apart I’ll ask her again about her & see what’s going on.
UPDATE: we randomly went to the same bar and flirted all night . She told me she didn’t know what to do or who to go with. She told me she’s really into me and likes me but wants to give him a chance.

You had your chance and it didn’t happen, probably won’t happen again you are now in the friendzone. I would completely withdraw attention and if you see her say ‘I respect you wanna try things out with that other guy so I’m not gonna get in the way’ and then pretend she doesn’t exist.
