Well make that a task. I met these guys from being a regular at this shitty little bar. Then kept going. Then met them there. Then the regulars had a Facebook group chat got into that. Then start going other places. Then back to their places Then house parties and meeting all the people tangential related to the group.
Took about a year to build up. I also aimed from the beginning to build it up. A task. You can do it too. Takes time.

Be attractive: if you not in great shape/jacket enough (Brad pit in fight club ish) then get like that. Get your eating and sleep down.
Then when you get to target body shape. Buy nice set of clothes that are tailored to fit. Throw your old clothes out. You don't have to break the bank. Tailoring >brand name. Show off nice v taper.
Grooming hygiene blah blah blah.
That the easy part.
Don't be unattractive: Be socially calibrated. Have your social skills sharp. Everything is either amusing, intriguing or you're aloof too. Be the guy men and women like to be around.
Eliminate unattractive behaviors. Nice guy behaviour, childish anger, autistic like behaviour (which is in large part is poor social skills not a destiny for most people. Ask me how I know.), keep eye contact. Learn some form of game, which is just more specilised social skills.
Also get shot down alot. To be honest I was a bit of a chode before. Then started learn this stuff. Only guy I really listen to about any of this stuff is rian stone, best shit on YouTube, part of his patreon. With a little help from him I have a 25 year old come up to me while resting my eyes out the back on a new years eve house party and ask if she could compliment me. Then something something something crazy monkey sex at her place. Life is great. Only if you do the work.
