I like when people give a little preview of their lives on instagram! As long as they're not overly obsessive with it. But a couple of cool pictures with friends/showcasing hobbies/etc goes a long way so I know what you're into! I have a picture of me backpacking in Wyoming, snowboarding in Colorado, and hanging out with my friends. I feel like that gives a short and sweet summary of how I like to spend my free time :)

Yeah, I've got an Instagram account and my followers are mostly friends. Talking about the pictures I post mainly travels and food, like a lot of food hahaha

From my experience, social networks are pretty important when it comes to dating. Now everyone checks social media before going for a drink. Thanks to my IG and FB, I hooked up more than once and have never regretted that I once leaned on the persuasion of my friends to open the account after divorce. True, at first, I had to use services like https://famoid.com/buy-instagram-followers/, so I wouldn't look miserable having only six friends following me. But in a few weeks, after I started posting more pictures of my auto hobbies and workouts, I was able to find new pals, and since covid struck, it helped me solve the loneliness issue and encounter my current GF. So I'd say that having a good image on IG can ease finding a date when all the entertainment places are closed. The only downside is that going from IG to real can take longer than having the phone number.

It was good but instagram is slowly dying. If you can, getting a YouTube account to a decent amount of followers or (easier) a TikTok account is going to be better in the long run. Most of new gen's already using TikTok over everything so if you can have decent social proof, that's where you want to be.

Exchanging instagrams is good if you want a follower. Go for number/WhatsApp, even mail. The more direct it is, better it is. Facebook can work.
