I think this is good advice and can be used by anyone as a tip. Thats great. I'm sure its effective. However, this is going to be a mini rant of sorts, maybe a little off topic.
I would come at it from another angle and say what coaches really need to do figure out how to get guys into the field and setup with wings. All these tips and theory is really good content, but most guys aren't even at the level to use most of it. And its just 1 more video that will be forgotten over time by most people.
I wish pickup coaches would drop the idea of bootcamps and so much theory. It's like Mystery started doing 'bootcamps' back in the day, and coaches are still using this antiquated format. Get guys out into the field, set them up with wings, and have them on a 3-6 month plan of going out every week. Work on sticking points. Have 1 pdf file that has all the theory they need. That would be so much more effective for people learning game.
tips like this are great, and this one is good because anyone can try it out, but its mostly adding to a problem in the pickup community where guys aren't going out, but learning alot about theory. I'm as guilty as anyone which is why I bring it up. Just something to think about. If I was a coach I'd be thinking about a different model to move the community forward.

Yeah, you also don't need a coach to learn how to drive. You don't need a teacher to learn a new language. You don't need a professor to learn how to code. However, they all help.
In the end where the rubber meets the road you are going to need to be able to do it 100% on your own.
This applies to literally anything.

I agree with you. The best thing a person can do to improve their social skills is to go out and interact with new people. Finding another guy to be your wingman with whom you can motivate each other to go out is also ideal. Developing consistent habits of going out is also absolutely necessary for continuous long term improvement. One of the first things that I ask a client is "What does your average week look like?" And we start looking for ways to increase socializing opportunities from there.
I have coached people live and gone out in ~40 different countries. The people who want live coaching primarily seek out the coaches they prefer learning from by first familiarizing themselves with the coach's style via some type of media. Its almost always a much better fit when a client seeks out a coach, rather than the coach trying to convince the client to drop 3 grand on a bootcamp. For example, I do much better with people who are logical / technical / engineers like myself, than finance bros who just want to crush more puss.

what did steve jobs do many times when he was verbally attacked or harshly critizised? he reached for dat 0,3 water bottle and took a gulp and used that pause to reflect, not to react.

This is fantastic advice.
Guys who are open books don't intrigue women, because they're so easy to read.
There is a time and place for expressing yourself without restraint, but make it a conscious, deliberate choice, rather than an impulsive or unconscious decision.
When you're flirting with girls, you either have that "Fuck Yes" enthusiasm or stay frosty. Then you can both exercise some charisma without giving away the store in terms of your thoughts and emotions.

One of the best advices I heard in a long time here. Totally a mistake I myself indulge into

Agree with Michael's tips here.
One way I've found to not overreact to a preposterous comment is by over-analyzing/over-thinking the situation.
Think:
"Maybe the person had a bad day"
"Which part of their life is causing them to make this comment"
"They're definitely jealous of me"
"How can I come up with a witty rebuttal"
"What kind of reaction can I create that will make this person stop/go away"

If any stupid or bitchy comments come my, I ask the person to repeat themselves a couple of times. Then I watch their face as they get to hear themselves being a dick. It works.

Yeah, but at the the same time. It can sometimes come off as you don't have a backbone when you don't respond.

Let's see if you remember me, you sob? Belgrade... 2015... I had just instant fucked that blonde girl pulled on her rollerblades during daygame... so much fun. that's the last time we spoke... remember who I am? Or how about this one, Vegas, that girl pulled to Palazzo with 5 friends and fucked in bathroom, you winged me there and got me in that elevator ahah.
For anybody reading this I met Michael years ago when he was an assistant for an RSD guy. Micheal is a total gangster, very cool guy, deep understanding of the game.

Yes I actually do my Italian friend. I remember Vegas for sure, but I think we may have met the second time in Riga, but perhaps you are right and it was Belgrade.

This single-handedly would save so many relationships. I'm in an ltr, have had my fun days and have maintained my attractiveness, I'm hoping to build something solid and have children soon. That being said I nearly broke up with my current gf because we argued so much. She would provoke me then claim we argued because I was not a good leader. Funny thing is I would disagree but now I realize SHE WAS RIGHT. Women /people say dumb shxt all the time 99% of the time no response is needed. Now when she provokes me I don't even respond or I make a joke out of it and she chills out and moves on. It may not be the most politically correct frame, but once I started seeing women/ people as children I found it impossible to take half the crap they say seriously and I end up responding in an attractive fashion. My relationships have been much smoother.
