If she talks about other guys to you you’re friend-zoned, if she talks about other guys to someone else while you are present, chances are she’s trying to get you a bit jealous.

She could be. It depends how she talks about other guys. In my personal experience if a girl tells you how many guys are trying to ‘get at her’ she’s trying to get you jealous, if she tells you about guys she finds cute or is interested in she sees you a friend.

I literally just made a post about another girl who was flirting with other guys in front of me. later when I told her about a coworker who I thought was beautiful she, her whole demeanor changed.
she got me alone and asked me "do you see me as a sister?.."
everybody in that post was telling me that particular girl likes me. they said she was just trying to make me jealous most likely.
in other words I'm getting mixed answers from that post in this post dealing with the same thing.

Don't overthink. She gave you her # and asked to call her. So call her. Set up a definite date with time and place, preferably a place you like. Bonus points if you can figure out an activity together like a sport
