Ok so you want them to come over to yours without meeting up at a bar or something first, got it.
Here's what I recommend:
Make sure your profile has a bit of a fuckboy vibe so girls know to expect this from you.
Open all your matches with indirect openers and build a little rapport on a few messages back and forth.
When it's time, ask her if she likes wine. Once she says yes, ask her what type is her fave. Once she tells you, tell her "in that case, we should split a bottle of (type of wine) back at mine".
You won't get all of them doing this, but you'll get more than your current method.

Not sure what is the deal is with getting them to your place first thing.
$20 happy hour at the bar to grease the wheels shouldn't be a problem for you. It'll help to ease her worries. Not to mention the benefits of vetting a girl before you bring her to your spot. There have been a lot of stories of men getting setup and robbed from dating sites. You could potentially have a Balcony Brah situation on your hands.

Just be honest with them. Tell them you like them and are attracted to them and would love to spend the night together putting a smile on each other's face. Nothing needy about this. Just speaking your truth (don't be crude).

Yeah it won’t work most of the time, but it will sometimes. What will work more is to meet in a bar have a drink or two and build sexual tension and be flirty and kiss, and then ask her if she wanna come to your place

Youre not going to wanna hear this but it is possible tht you might be coming on too strong. She should want to come over to youre place instead of you luring her over. This is if shes pretty though...... haha. If shes so so looking then maybe shell be down to do all that. I know with pretty girls it usually takes more time and their vetting process is more extensive
