There's got to be a better way than offering $ lol maybe if you get her to go hang out with ya, then yall could see a movie or something or get a bite to eat and you could then pay for it ? seems more logical to me than offering someone $ to hangout.
But if you do what you're thinking, she's likely to be like "wtf eww is this sex related i dont even know no thanks i wont respond or i will and tell this person to not talk to me" something like that? yeah, I wouldn't recommend it. I guess it depends what your goal here is xD

As far as legality, it's legal in the US as far as I know. But it doesn't mean I'd recommend it, because it won't work out well unless she really really wants that $, and I don't think you'll have a great time if that's the only reason she's there. just sayin
