Hear me out, young blood. The question you should be asking yourself is "Do I need a wingman?" The answer is NO. Don't rely on people for shit is one of the most fundamental things you will learn in life. I ain't never relied on nobody for shit, I go out by myself and only that will make you a strong man- relying on others to game women is weak and you gotta make shit happen on your own, my brother.

Yea I have been there and its frustrating. You obviously are at a different level then them and accept the more "gamey" facts about dating IE your not always gonna get what you want and sometimes you should just go for someone even if you do not necessary are completely jazzed about them in order to get better. Most likely your friend will not change so do not think this behavior is ever gonna improve.
So that leaves you with a choice: Either leave your friend or continue as is and accept this reality. Either one is perfectly acceptable just understand the risk.
If you leave then you will feel freer and will probably be able to get away with more types of game. But the bad part is if your not feeling 100% and you get into a funk then you might not be able to et yourself out of it. Also game is a little less fun with less people around.
If you decide to stay then I would just say to be the example and just keep approaching and encouraging when you can but just mentally accept in the back of your head that they will not approach (or if they do approach you treat it like they just became president). This keeps a friend which you can talk to about this stuff and allows you to have social proof. But as you said it gets super frustrating to deal with and may make some nights just unbearable.

It’s not like I wouldn’t “be jazzed” to talk to these girls. There are cute girls there. Their standards are either just way to high, or they are just to “pussy” to admit that their are cute girls everywhere

What’s weird is half(not all of them) still pull more girls then me. They seem to know a girl every time that we go to the bar that wants them, and I’m just left out. It happens to me, but rarely
