Texting is rarely exciting, it's an obligation. And the fact that she was expressing interest and you didn't act on it caused her to have less attraction for you. If she does get back to your text, immediately initiate a date, my go-to is "I'm going to X for dinner, wanna tag along?". If not, get a convo in person going again and say that in person instead. You have to escalate; a man's hesitation is a woman's reservation. Stagnating shows you aren't confident enough to keep escalating

A man’s hesitation is a woman’s reservation. Keeping that!

Do it, I stole it from somewhere. Next time that cute girl is eye flirting with you at the bar and your approach anxiety is ramping up, say that to yourself

I mean we have the saying that "You don't hunt your own bunny rabbit." That just sits in the back of my mind when I talk to colleagues. Not like I am totally attracted to this chick, but I thought it would be good practice. Since I never approach people I don't know, only if I have a solid common ground to grab onto, this was a nice way to know that if the other partner is willing, a good convo really is not a difficult thing. I agree with you though.

Don't become a texting buddy. Get to know her and talk to her in person again. Escalate from there.

Yep that's my plan. See how she reacts. Problem is she doesn't really attend classes, but we'll see.

If shes not in class for a week or so send her a funny meme or pic of you with a cute dog or some shit to get the convo going for and then after a couple messages try to set up some plans with her.
I mean I got ghosted on a question... Sending pictures and stuff like that on this just radiates desperation imo. That's not something I'd like her to see on me.

When you want something, ask for it. Be direct, say "Come get some coffee with me tonight" or "I want to grab a drink with you and get to know you better." If she says yes, take down her number, not social media bs, and say you cant wait. If she says no, say "if you ever change your mind, let me know" with a smile and move on to the next one.
