Im not sure how helpful this will be, but I treat them the same as anyone else. I've dated lots of older woman, and my wife is actually 23 years older than me. What I found appealing about older woman, likely a reason I dated them, was I found them to be less shallow, and more mature. Granted, I've known immature older women and mature younger woman as well. Your mileage may vary.

Overall, just treat it as no different, you'll either hit it off, or not, same as if she was younger or the same age.

Just an advice, don't let her know you're younger than her. Once a girl lost interest in a conversation when she got to know I was younger than her.
