Physical clues like hugging, touching, eye contact, etc. Keep the conversation fruity and flirty. And don't do friendly thinks like shopping. Take her to a bar or a restaurant as one would do on a date.

Well if you stated that you're trying to "hook up" and she is into it...then, she probably is. If you're ok with her cheating on her bf to be with you, that's up to you. If you are trying to actually "date" her and want her to be your girlfriend, its probably not a good idea. She will most likely do the same thing to you.
