"Kino escalation," would be the term to lookup. Basically you start with small touches like handshakes, hugs, high fives, etc. Then you can play little games like thumb wrestling or palm reading. Then you hold/touch hands. If you reach the point of holding hands, and the conversation/interaction has gone well, she's probably down to kiss you. Maintain good eye contact through this.

dont worry about indicating your interest, worry about arousing her interest. make her want to sleep with you. exactly how you do that will depend on your different personalities.
personally i project a really fun, confident, vibe. i make them feel very relaxed and like they can trust me. like i want to make them happy and that sex, for me, is just something fun and sensual we can do together. because thats me.

Depends on what she into. I'd try to steer the conversation in that direction. Tell her some funny sex stories perhaps?
My "go to" story to get on the topic is to mention that a friend of mine broke up with her BF due to his pasta fetish . It's a sex related story that's also really funny and disarming. And usually leads to other sexy stories, which are more serious
