Me personally I think you should dress in whatever makes you feel the most comfortable and confident. With that being said still take care in your appearance if you’re into more sporty athletic stuff still make sure you outfit is well put together ie clean and ironed.

^^ Seconding this. If you're going to wear athletic gear don't dress in all grey loose trackies and some hoodie you haven't washed for 3 (or more) workouts. It's extremely trashy - unless you're looking to exclude every girl who isn't trash.

I personally feel better in clothes I think look good. I've thrown out all I didn't feel good in.

Eh. I don't dress formally, but it's a mix of athleisure tops and jeans with decent shoes. Hell, even going to class in collared shirt and pants feels out of place.

Develop your body to leverage looking good in jeans and tshirts....or shorts and tshirts, etc.
Because honestly, if you come in looking like a Gucci model or wearing a Saks Ave suit to a normal college lecture, then you are going to look too much like a try hard.
This is why it really is important sometime to max out your physique because it allows you to stand out in such situations even while wearing simple v-neck tshirts and a pair of shorts. You and the skinny rail across the room are both early State U Tshirts and a pair of Abercombie khakis but all the chicks will be staring at you instead of the other dude's twigs arms and pipestem legs sticking out of his oversize looking shorts.
Don't overdo the 'style" for normal lectures.

My physique has improved over the last 4 months. I look good as fuck in a t-shirt now actually

Then you are ahead of the curve....
But 4 months? I suspect you are about to find that you are about to fall in a pool with a bunch of sharks....think high school athletes who have been at the gym for 4 to 5 years along with junior and seniors who are 2 or 3 years more mature than you.
So congrats if you look good in a tshirt\shorts.....now be college chill and together then you should have a good time.
Good luck.

Yeah. I’ve been cutting for that time so far and it’s beginning to show. I also groom myself consistently and manage my fashion well. If i was 21 or over, I’m confident that i would be able to get with more women. at least i have college to do that! Haha

I never understood "fashion"
If you lift regularly and eat right. A pair of walmart jeans and a hanes V neck will look better than a $1,000 suit on a fat/skinny guy.
I only have motorcycles for transportation so my entire closet is jeans, boots, DriFit nike shirts to wear under my leather jacket. I have like 2 "going out" outfits if i uber to a club but I'm mostly meeting my dates at dive bars. If it's really hot I'll just squid to the bar in a tank top and no leather.
