Force yourself. That's really all there is to it. As for what to say, it doesn't really matter as long as it's humorous and flirtatious.
Don't do the club thing yet. You're neither skilled nor self-confident enough yet for that to do anything for you. The easiest way to meet women is to be introduced to women. Have some friends make the initial introductions until you're more skilled at conversations and have the self-confidence necessary to approach women on your own.

is a compliment good to say to girls. Like what would you say if you see a 8 on a train

I save the compliments for people I know who obviously took the time to make themselves look nice. Complimenting strangers doesn't cause them to like you or find you attractive. Instead, I recommend a regular conversation about something interesting. If she's reading, ask, "Excuse me -- sorry to interrupt, but I'm looking for some new books to read on my commute. How is that one?"
If she's friendly, she'll engage you and you can have a conversation. Be funny. Be interesting. Get a good back and forth going. Keep her engaged and grab her number before you go. Thanks to pop culture, you can even make a joke of it: "Hey, I just met you, and this is crazy... Da da da da da... If you give me your number I promise I won't sing the rest."

I have a story for you. I was at my Shrink today and in the waiting room there was a beautiful woman sitting there, some years younger than me. She was playing with her smartphone but raised her head and smiled at me when I walked passed her. I registered at the counter and then I placed myself beside her and took up my own smartphone. 10 Sec after I told her sarcastically "What should we do without these huh?" and she agreed and giggled. She followed with showing me a cool photograph she just found on some site. It was a beautiful black and white photography. As I am interested in Black and white photographic art myself I was really intrigued and started browsing up my own work on my cellphone to show her. But I was called in for my appointment, felt really disappointed that I couldn't follow up on that meeting and show her my pictures. I hope I see her again some day.
Sum of the story, big things COULD start with small beginnings. Like just saying "Hey" or comment on the environment/surroundings (In my example, waiting while playing with smartphones).

Getting accustomed to capitalizing on any opportunity that presents itself is crucial to wholly abolishing AA. By simply throwing around a general observation of your environment when in the vicinity of a young lady it becomes second nature. Then, you become the man that is always initiating the fun and breaking the awkward "shuffling feet and staring at phone" mentality that a lot of people have when in public places and surrounding by other people.

Story 1: Start talking to random strangers you're not trying to sleep with. Get yourself comfortable just talking to people you don't know. Then when the time comes that you want to talk to a pretty girl, you'll know what to say.
Story 2: Kino, kino, kino

Whatever thought happens to be passing through your mind at that time. There's a constant inner monologue going on in your head. Your brain has trained itself to keep it inside. All you have to do is release the flood gates and let it all flow out.
Don't worry about saying the "wrong" thing. Conversation is more like art than science. There are a million different directions you could go in and none of them are wrong. The important thing is that you start talking and just see where it leads you.
When I first realized this and started saying random stuff to strangers, I couldn't believe how positively they reacted. I kept thinking they would tell me to get lost because they don't have any reason to care about such and such, but no one ever does. People just like to talk.

Most of the time at a club i rarely even say anything to a girl. I normally walk up and start dancing with them. If they let you rub them down then you know you are in the clear. Just wait for her head to tilt back at you slightly and go in for the kill. I've done this countless amounts of times without even saying one word to the girl. Sometimes i end up leaving without saying anything to them at all. Clubs are weird like that.
