Yea good video. One thing Zen teaches is that while positive thoughts can be helpful they are still ultimately the ego and false. Use positive thoughts as a tool but do not base your identity on them.
Focus on the moment instead. Just be the moment itself. Realize all our worries are fabrications of the mind and we can choose how to react to any stimuli, internal or external.

I filmed this baby when I was in Prague last month. It's based on a blog post that went viral here (and elsewhere) about a year ago.
Thanks for the video man!
Had some inspiration to add...
Regard yourself highly, but focus on others.
Self-respect + Un self-consciousness = Other people get focused attention from this confident guy.
When you're at your best, when your thoughts, your feelings, and your actions are congruent, you don't seem care anymore about the outcome because you still know you still did your best. Now you are acting as your actualized self, which can happen any time you FLOW in the moment, turning your past and future fixations into present moment ACTION. Remember, you're focusing on the PROCESS of getting to know this girl with FOCUSED attention.
When you're trying to attract a woman, you want to be friendly, but not friend-like. You want to be fully interested in ~her~ in that moment, offering her your presence for her love.

I have a question, What if I look outward and people are giving me negative body language? Its hard to not judge someone talking to you when they are giving you negative body language

If you're getting negative body language, then you want to change what you're doing. If it's in set, I'll usually leave after a minute or two if I'm getting clearly negative body language. If it's a speech, I'll try to engage the audience somehow. It can still throw you off at first, but if you practice, you can learn how to turn negative body language around.

I know I'm not OP, let alone the expert he is, but basing this off my experience yes it is difficult. IMO this outward state takes practice to get into on command. Some religions consider the moment when a person enters a completely external state to be a state of ultimate enlightenment. So it's something that can be done, but it takes extreme self-support and patience.
The truth of the matter is if you're like me you're probably going to feel that gut punch regardless of how good you get at this. It's inherent in our programming to be hurt, if only slightly when we don't get what we want (a hot girl to talk, be interested, get intimate with us, etc.). So there are different methods out there available for trying to kick start that external mindset. Taoists say that the only way you can feel pleasure, joy and ecstasy is if you have rejection, loneliness and pain to compare it to. Buddhists would tell you to accept your suffering, and let your body feel what it needs to feel, and would go on to say that if you don't want the girl in the first place it won't hurt when you get rejected (outcome independence). Zen practicioners would say something very similar to Tenmagnet, to be in the present moment and focus on what's in front of you right now (the pain will ideally go away then as soon as you leave the situation and start thinking about the new thing in front of you).
Sorry for the rant, but this kind of hit close to home. Just remember you're literally perfect just the way you are, man. If you weren't supposed to be the person you are then why are you him? Would this universe create anything less than a perfect form? When you hit that complete acceptance of not only yourself but of everyone else, this stuff will become so easy. But it starts with taking it easy on yourself IMO.

I really enjoyed the video! I'll definitely be looking up some more of your video!

I liked the beginning, but you lost me at the end. Seems like you're preaching to be completely dependant on the reactions you get from others. At the very least there is a fine line between what you're advocating and outcome dependance/having a weak frame.

I found this concept to be very similar to the concept of "mindfulness" in Buddhism (in a good way). Anyone out there looking for some more details into methods for putting yourself in this state could try Googling books on mindfulness. You'd probably be pretty satisfied with the results.
