There's a lot of variables when drugs are involved. I am extremely bored and have tons of free time atm so I'll write it out to you. All of this is subjective but I'm pretty observant or at least I think so.
Smoking weed for me has always been a good conversation starter. I recommend something easily passed ie joint or blunt. My tolerance has always been a bit above average so I feel like it helps my game. However getting too baked will reduce your desire. Getting crossed might work for you but sometimes you can turn into a puddle real quick. A little weed buzz is always great for conversation, at least for me. Remember not to overdo it. Be careful of who you smoke with too. A beginner can tip into a bad trip if they smoke too much so when it's a party situation be a good guy and take care of those around you.
Mdma is a different beast and you'll probably see it alot. People who are rolling are being stimulated so you gotta remember this when approaching. They're feeling an overload of empathy so just chat em up! Inhibitions are lowered similar to alcohol. Talking to other people while you're rolling is great fun in my opinion. If you do try rolling yourself make sure to educate yourself and look up a supplement routine to help reduce the side effects as well as lower neurotoxicitiy.
Coke and Meth are the two orgy drugs. If you ever see multiple naked people there's probably coke or Meth involved. I'd recommend you stay away from these. Coke is fine if you think you can control yourself. It's all in your frontal lobe man. Coke can also make you Rambo and fearless so it's not good to rely on this feeling to fuel your game. Certain Chicks love coke.
Opiate usage isn't common at parties. I sip syrup at parties since I don't drink but I don't really see many people sipping syrup either.
However if you arent in the Right crowd you may see none of this. Going to say now that coke and alcohol are the two most prevelant drugs at parties in a university area. Weed right behind em.

I went to a graffiti party for my friend's birthday at a club one year and it was a pretty eye opening experience. The way it works (if you don't know) is the club gives you a white shirt and a few colored markers. You then go around and draw on people who are also wearing white shirts.
It was one of my favorite experiences at a club because I could open tons of people without feeling any AA. The crutch of having a simple marker made all the difference. It gave me a reason to approach girls. Approached some the hottest girls at the bar with zero anxiety.
I only wish I could master that mindset every day because it would make learning game so much easier.

In university, I used a variation of this. Bring some big fluorescent yellow highlighters to parties in your bag. If there is a black light, you're in luck! In the light, get someone to draw a pattern on the back of your hand (not the palm, or will get everywhere). Do the same for her. It will be barely noticeable in the light, but as soon as you hit the black light - holy sheit looks awesome!

Variation two, at a rave. Bring bubbles. Anyone who looks down or lonely, talk to them. "hey, you look like you need more... Bubbles in your life =)". The reaction is great and I've made a couple long term friends through this!
