Background: 22M College, occasional dates, few GFs, 25+ different sexy time partners.

I'm still working on my game (as is everyone) but I can't help but feel that my confidence is nowhere near my actual physical and physiological levels of attraction. Were talking light years apart. I constantly get checked out and even approached by many different women. Most being at least 7/10, but I never feel the drive to go up or pursue any of them. If I do, I feel inadequate and almost not worth their time. Other times I feel like I have no clue what I'm doing and I just try to wing it.

The thing is that I know I'm not ugly, I'm not considered a "nice guy", people respect me, I carry myself very well, and I feel that I have purpose. I just feel that I have a lot of underutilized potential. That's also what many of my friends and coworkers tell me (I work at a club/bar).

The other thing I find interesting is that ~80% of the time I say fuck it and go in for the kill, I leave with the girl or a phone number. Every opportunity following that I'm back to square one until my "fuck it" mindset comes back.

I feel as if I have too many internal emotional restraints and that I need to just let go.

So Reddit, what do you think I should do to get my shit together? I love criticism. Throw it at me.
