This is the same as the wingman deal. The wingman can open a set and give you a huge buildup that you can't do yourself because it would sound egotistical. The wing takes the brunt of the introduction and then you have to take over.
The advantage of hanging out with wingwomen is that it shows preselection, certain women decided to hang out with you so they approve of you, you're safe and not an axe murderer, etc. But if they dump you and don't actually get any social proof.

For a man, you open, and she waits a few minutes and joins the set. Or, you are with her already, and you open. Then she talks you up and occupies all obstacles. Have a signal for who your target is. She does not open for you. Pretty similar to using a wing man...but works better.

I prefer the entrance after opening wingwoman style. Like after talking with the girl for 10-15 minutes, you leave to get a drink/toilet/smoke whatever. After you leave for a while, the wingwoman steps in and gives reassurance to the girl.
"Oh, you are so lucky, the guy you are talking to is so hot" "He seems so(insert adjective here)" "Omg! i see that you kinda like him" just basically talk you up, to give reassurance to the girl and maybe make her a bit jealous.

Don't try to use these friends in this way. Women, unless they are REALLY fucking cool, seldom have a guy friends' best interests at heart. They know what the fuck they're doing when they go over immediately and 'game' a girl up for you. They're proving that it's EASY, and that they're so awesome. Fuck that. Tell them never to help you out again. Tell them you want to be just friends with them. Leave the gaming to your own capable hands. The simple fact that you HAVE female friends that you're not sexually active with shows women that you're sociable. That's all you need, buddy. You've already got it.
