It's a feeling thing. If eye contact with them makes you feel attraction to them, it's likely that they will be attracted to you.

One thing you know for sure if you feel that attraction, is that you should give it a go. So approach them anyway and find out the only way you'll ever find out of they're really attracted to you.

Perfect, not even a cold approach, you can use the eye contact on an open quite smoothly. Might put up a big wall shit test after open, but just hold frame, they have to test you. Don’t let their actions spike your emotions when things like that happen. You’re the rock, you make the waves- not them. They’re looking at you? Whatever. Who cares what they mean if it’s the beginning of the encounter. You just know you have an opportunity to give some good emotions and that’s your purpose - it’s your duty even (not to say don’t provide any negative spikes for fun - just don’t supplicate)

Sometimes eye contact is just you looking at them. If there are other signals involved such as fiddling with her hair or smiling at you then she is probably interested.

In that situation, she’s opening you. The more interested they are the more they’ll try to make eye contact. If you don’t approach after that you’re either uninterested or have no balls.

Some girls will get offended if ur not interested after all her efforts. Meaning they’re not attractive enuf to get you to approach her.
