That's what I figured happened a while back. I thought "Mr. 0.0001% better" showed up. But she texted me again out of nowhere and seemed to want to pick up exactly where we left off for some reason.
I honestly don't mind being friends with her. We never agreed to be exclusive in the first place. Plus it's not like we always met up just for sex or anything like that. We've hung out plenty of times where nothing physical took place.

Trust me, I'm fully aware. We never agreed to be exclusive or anything and she has no problem getting attention so 10 other guys is 100% realistic.
However, we've hung out plenty of times without doing anything physical. So I don't even really expect sex or anything. She hasn't been hinting at it either so she's not exactly dangling that in front my nose or anything. But She may just be trying to be less obvious about it.
And I've been trying to just let her come to me. She's the one that's been suggesting to hang out but she keeps cancelling too. That's what's confusing. If I were the one always asking to hang out and she kept canceling, i just would've stopped and been done with it. Although I'm practically at that point now.

In my opinion there’s no such thing as a woman that’s non-exclusive, she’s just “non-exclusive” with you and/or other guys if that makes sense. That’s just what she’ll say. The only possible exception is when you’re in a relationship and cohabitate—when there’s an official label and commitment—but even then a lot of bitches cheat nowadays. Several years ago I couldn’t tell you how many strange girls in relationships I fucked on the DL (I don’t think that shits cool at all now though, bro code). Anyways there always one dude that’s the object of her desire, that she won’t say that she wants to be non-exclusive with, but she’ll still fuck around with other dudes. Girls will meet a dude and then fall off for a few months or whatever until they get bored, then come back around and act like nothing happened. Sounds a lot like what’s going on.
Here’s an example: I’ve had one plate for several years now, and sometimes she’ll pursue some other guy for whatever reason — this bitch can’t date seriously like most girls, and I know she’s not faithful — and then she’ll come back around like 6mo. later or whatever. I don’t chase her, and I really don’t give a fuck about her or what she does, but sometimes I’ll text her and she’ll be like “Keep it PG buddy my boyfriend won’t like it.” Shit like to make me jealous and I just don’t even reply because I know what she’s doing and it just makes me wince because she’s so... stupid lol.
Yeah don’t worry about man just stay in frame and on the hunt. She’s gunna do what she’s gunna do, who gives a fuck. Odds are she’ll be back.

I've had this happen to me before too. You're getting manipulated. If you're how I was when I was in this situation, this is something that you think about a lot and that takes away some if not most of your mental and emotional energy. And it's for absolutely nothing. It's not worth it at all. If I were you, I would tell this girl to fuck off or something similar and then cut her off and never talk to her again. It's best if you forget about her existence as soon as possible. If you don't want to be that harsh or if you just can't get yourself to, then just cut her off without saying anything. But if you continue letting her use you, which is exactly what she's doing, it's not going to result well for you. For her, you're nothing and she will not be affected if you two don't hang out, as she has already made clear.

Sounds to me that she has self esteem issues. I caught myself doing exactly this and I guess (for my own situation) having my first baby definitely lowered the confidence in body image. I could be wrong though too.
