Yes she's into you. She tracked you down on FB. Trick is not to read too much into it. Maybe she's aching for you, maybe she's just curious. Doesn't matter.

If you want to see her, chat her up and ask her out. She's gone to the effort to find you on FB, least you could do is initiate back.

What's important is that you don't get trapped in your head. Tease her and flirt with her, but don't play games. Be honest, but don't overshare. Compliment her when she's earned it, but don't simp.

My advice would be that if you stimulated enough interest when you were seeing her in the doctor's office for her to track you down, just keep doing what were doing.

Don't worry about trying to impress her. She's already half won-over. You'll win her over the rest of the way by taking some action and not worrying too much about what she thinks.
